Head Coach:  Alex Saunders

Alex is an experienced soccer coach with 10 years of experience from Europe and 4 years in the US. As part of his experience Alex is the Leland High School JV Coach, Assistant Coach at De Anza College, Director of Coaching for the Scotts Valley soccer club and also joint owner of US Soccer Coaching LLC (www.ussoccercoaching.com)

Alex aims to develop the Bret Harte Middle School Boys Soccer Program to its maximum potential. Players will be coached in the technical and tactical aspects of soccer to get them ready for High School Soccer. Players will receive coaching, clinics and off field resources’ such as a play book with formations, set plays and terminology. Players will develop as soccer players and as individuals, while being part of a team.

Alex will also run soccer camps and clinics at the school to generate money for the program.
