Our March SELAC meeting will be Tuesday, March 23, 2014, 8:30am in the Canoas Library.

All schools that have at least 20 English learners must establish a School English Learners Advisory Committee [SELAC].  The purpose of the SELAC is to advise the principal and staff in the development of the school plan for English learners, including the school needs assessment, language census, program development, and budget development.  The majority of SELAC members must be parents of English learner students.
