Would you like a baby picture of your youngling in the yearbook? Then go to the attendance office and pick up a blue colored order form. Mrs. Wilson also has some in her room (302) where students may get one. Baby Ad forms must be filled out and turned in no later than January 19th, 2018 accompanied with the baby photo. Label the back of all photos and put them in an envelope with the order form. Drop it off in the Attendance office. By default, photos will be returned to students. If you don’t wish your 8th grader to receive the photos, please also provide a self-addressed and stamped envelope, and photos will be mailed back to you. Thank you!
It is time to pre-order your school yearbook. The cost is $40.00 until December 22nd. Order forms are in the office. Don’t miss out. You can also order your Yearbook online at ybpay.lifetouch.com with Yearbook ID Code: 8502018. Make payments to John Muir Middle School.
All Muir students should have received the SJUSD Student Handbook. There is a plethora of valuable information inside and none more important than the very first page which is the acknowledgement of handbook and technology acceptable use form. You and your student must sign this front page and turn it in to their teacher to be able to use the technology resources on campus. The back page has optional choices on photography taken at school and release of information stipulations, but the front page is mandatory to be signed by student and parent and returned as soon as possible. Your explicit attention to this matter is appreciated.
