SUBJECT: Authorization to proceed with the design phase of specified Measure F Projects. (ACTION)

REQUESTED ACTION: That the Board of Education authorize the administration to proceed with the design phase of the following scopes of work:

Restrooms
Underground Utilities
Flatwork
Central Kitchen
Multi Purpose Building - Re Use/Multiple Sites
Portable Replacement at Gunderson

BACKGROUND: The efficient implementation of work to be completed under Measure F requires that some projects move into design prior to the adoption of the full Measure F Implementation Plan. Authorizing the design of these projects permits the district to move forward and avoid possible inflationary cost increases.
