SUBJECT: Contract with Bruce Flyn & Associates, Inc. (ACTION)

REQUESTED ACTION: That the Board of Education approve a contract with Bruce Flyn & Associates, Inc. in an amount of Sixty-Eight dollars ($68.00) per hour per Inspector to provide DSA-required inspections including Special Inspections, for the Summer 2003 Roofing Projects at Erikson, Hammer and Williams Elementary Schools, Bret Harte and Willow Glen Middle Schools, Leland and Willow Glen High Schools commencing July 2, 2003.

BACKGROUND: It is required by California Building Code that all roofing projects are to be inspected by a licensed DSA inspector at District school sites. District shall pay Inspector for any services performed under this agreement the sum of Sixty-Eight dollars ($68.00) per hour per Inspector.
