The Citizens Bond Oversight Committee has in the past month had two formal resignations:

Marty Cohen, our senior citizen representative, and

Liza Ferras, our parent representative.

Pursuant to Article 3.3.A, 3.3.C.1, and 3.3.D of our Board-adopted Bylaws, I ask that you act at your earliest opportunity to replace these members.
