Booksin Elementary

Parent involvement is an integral part of every day at Booksin School. BESCA (Booksin Elementary School Community Association) provides many parent leadership opportunities. Parent volunteers tutor in classrooms and help with Mastery Reading.  They work in the library, helping with student checkout and shelving, and participate in the Cornerstone program.  Booksin parents serve as Art Vista docents, lead gardening projects in the school life lab, help in the many fundraising activities, and serve on committees. The Walkathon alone utilizes over 250 parent volunteers. There is an opportunity for everyone at Booksin!
