Families wishing to enroll their children in any San Jose Unified school must follow specific guidelines. These guidelines may be found on the San Jose Unified District website, or by contacting one of the enrollment centers listed below. Students are enrolled through the Enrollment Centers, not at individual school sites.
Enrollment for the 2009-2010 School Year Begins on April 1, 2009.
You must call one of the enrollment centers for an appointment.

Enrollment Requirements:
When enrolling your student, you must submit the following information:
• Identity of birth parent/guardianship.
• Three current verifications of address within the San Jose Unified School District or an approved interdistrict agreement.
• Up-to-date immunization record of student.
• Birth verification, such as birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport, etc.

Booksin Tours:
Tours designed particularly for parents of incoming Booksin kindergarten students will be held at the school in January, February, and March, 2009. Parents need to contact the office to reserve a spot. Tours are for parents only. Please do not bring children.
