Homework

Homework will be given according to District guidelines.  Homework will be reasonable,
relevant and never excessive.  Homework is always expected to be completed. If your child
is ill and you would like to pick up his/her work, please call the school early in the day. 
Your child’s homework will be available for pick-up in the school office after 2:30 p.m.


Your child’s homework will depend on his/her grade level.
There are several reasons for homework:
1. To provide extra practice on learned skills.
2. To provide further learning in areas covered in the classroom.
3. To provide an opportunity to learn good work habits.
