Second Grade Teacher

Teaching and meeting so many outstanding and humorous students has been an important part of my life for the last 30 (something) years.  I have taught from first to sixth grade, spent 13 years as a Special Education Resource Specialist, and am currently enjoying my final years in education teaching the most marvelous 2nd graders at Canoas School.  I have attended both University of Santa Cruz and San Jose State University.  I have two fantastic children, ages 23 and 25, two cats, and live in a very small but quaint home in Willow Glen.  When I’m not teaching, you will find me playing tennis or golf, knitting, reading books, and spending quiet time alone or in my garden.
