Second Grade Teacher

I began teaching in 2001, after obtaining my teaching credential in elementary education from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.  I started my teaching career in Prince George’s County, Maryland.  After teaching kindergarten for three years at Henry Ferguson Elementary, I decided to move back to the Bay Area. In 2004 I started teaching here at Canoas.  I love the challenge of all grades and have taught grades from Kindergarten through 6th grade. When not working, I love to get outside and “play” with family and friends.  We enjoy trips to the beach, golfing, biking, hiking, snowboarding, camping, and travel.
