School Uniform Policy/Norma Del Uniforme Escolar

Anne Darling Elementary School Uniform:

In order to promote a positive learning environment that supports a sense of belonging and community, our school observes the school uniform policy outlined below:

Dark blue/navy slacks with white or gray collared polo shirts (tucked in)
Optional: Dark blue/navy jumper with white collared blouse
Appropriate length dark blue walking shorts or skirt also acceptable

The basic school colors are dark blue/navy and white or gray.  Jackets and sweaters that follow these color guides are acceptable as needed. 

Clothing must be size appropriate.
No jeans or baggy pants. 
No red. 
No logos or insignias. 
No open-toed shoes, no sandals or flip-flops, and no “heelys” due to safety concerns.

Please note:
Families of students wearing inappropriate or unacceptable dress at school will be contacted and asked to bring appropriate clothing to school for their student.

Support is available through the school office to enable families to obtain acceptable uniform items as needed.
