San Jose Unified has begun their second round of H1N1 vaccination days. To date, 2561 students have received their second dose of H1N1 vaccine at school!
The second round is for students age 9 or younger that have already received their first dose of the vaccine and are now due for the second dose. Only students who had consent forms turned in by the original due date in November will be eligible for the second dose at school.
Parents will receive a reminder note and a parent link message if their child is on the vaccination list to receive the second dose. . If you child turned in a consent form but has received their second dose of H1N1 elsewhere please notify your school nurse in writing so that your child can be removed from the vaccination list.

1/15/10 Booksin, Hacienda, Galarza/Hammer
The recall of the H1N1 vaccination has no affect on SJUSD’s vaccination program. We did not receive any of H1N1 lots that are being recalled.
