Notice of Public Hearing

The Board of Education will hold a PUBLIC HEARING during the regular meeting on June 19, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Board Room of the District office, located at 855 Lenzen Avenue, San José, California, to receive comments on the adoption of the District’s 2008-2009 budget. It should be noted that the District will adopt its budget prior to the State concluding its 2008-2009 budget. This may have an important impact on the status of the District’s operating budget. Following State decisions, a fiscal report outlining consequent budget adjustments will be presented to the Board for review and approval on September 4, 2008.
