School Accountability Report Cards 2004-05SARC 2004-2005 Published in 2005-2006School Years: 2003-04 | 2005-06 Since November 1988, state law has required all public schools receiving state funding to annually prepare and distribute a School Accountability Report Card (SARC). A similar requirement is also contained in the federal No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). The purpose of the report card is to provide parents and the community with important information about each public school. SJUSD’s reports are available on the District’s webpage as well as on each school’s website. When 15% or more of the pupils enrolled in the school speak a single primary language other than English, the report is also available in that language. If you have questions regarding San José Unified’s SARCs or would like to receive a printed copy of a particular school, please e mail or call her at (408) 535-6108.
