December 16, 2002	Joint workshop with Board and District staff agreed. Text and publication of Committee's first Report to the Public agreed. Meeting Guidelines amended. Reports from Turner Construction, Auditor Selection Subcommittee. District advises it will recommend to the Board of Education to approve use of Measure F funds on Family Early Learning Center.
November 18, 2002	Resignation of CBOC member Ernest Guzman accepted, replacement by Board requested. Subcommittee formed to study and report back on District's use of Deferred Maintenance. County contracted to provide legal counsel for CBOC, and CBOC leadership given go-ahead to consult. Final report by Web Design Subcommittee. Reports by Bid Process Review and Auditor Selection Subcommittees.
October 21, 2002	Committee agrees to hear monthly report from Turner Construction/HMC re the creation of the Implementation Plan (IP), rather than appoint a liaison. Subcommittee named to draft first CBOC report to the public. Turner presents overview of IP. Bid Process Review Subcommittee reports and makes recommendations to District.
September 16, 2002	Agreed Empire Gardens acquisition with Measure F funds. Family Early Learning Center deferred to 10/21 meeting. Secretary elected. Appointment of Bid Process Review committee members, auditor selection Committee members, Web site Committee members.
August 5, 2002	Governing docs published. District agrees to provide legal services and liability insurance. Proposed Bond projects list criticized. First set of Measure F bonds sold.
July 1, 2002	First true Committee meeting. Elected Chair and Vicechair, selected Code of Conduct Subcommittee, requested CBOC membership on Auditor selection committee, received background briefing on project lists and estimates.
June 3, 2002	Board of Education and CBOC Joint Study Session. Briefings from District on Committee role and limits. No action by the Committee.2002
