My name is Lindsey Rovai, and I am very excited to have joined the wonderful John Muir staff this year! I am currently teaching 6th and 7th grade Language Arts and Social Studies courses. I am a SJUSD product (WGE, WGMS, WGHS), and find great joy in teaching in the district that gave me such a strong education. I attended University of the Pacific, and graduated with a B.A. in Sociology with a emphasis in Criminal Justice. While in college I was a Division I college athlete as member of the Pacific field hockey team.  Currently I coach varsity field hockey at W.G.H.S. 

In my spare time I enjoy watching and playing most sports, as well as just simply relaxing with my wonderful family and friends. I completed my first marathon last year, and plan on another one at some point in my life.
