Assistant Principal of Instruction
8th Grade Advisor

Greetings! This is my first year at John Muir as Assistant Principal of Instruction. Prior to coming to John Muir, I worked at Bret Harte Middle School as an Assistant Principal of Discipline and Activities. Before going into administration, I taught 4th grade at Erikson and Terrell Elementary Schools.  I’m proud to be a SJUSD graduate (Go Grizzles!) and locally attended San Jose State University. I then attended Santa Clara University to earn a Teaching Credential and Masters in Education. In my free time I enjoy traveling, spending time in the mountains and by the water and participating in outdoor activities.

I’m very happy to be part of the Muir family.  Go Falcons!
