Stadium Lighting Mitigation Plan

The following is a statement of purpose that was presented to the members of the Shasta/Hanchett Neighborhood Association (SHPNA).  The Lincoln administration is committed to develop a comprehensive mitigation plan that will meet the needs of our surrounding neighborhoods and provide permanent stadium lights for Lincoln High School. This is a comprehensive policy paper that was developed based on the three community conversations, the Board public hearing and many one-on-one and small group discussions. The Lincoln administration will continue to hold discussions to improve this document.
