Your student can obtain a complete list of Community Service Organizations in Student Services. There are many organizations that offer community service hours that are not on this list; make sure the organization has non profit status or the hours may not be qualify and will be rejected. Check with the A.P. of Activities if you have questions or concerns about the organization in which you are hoping to volunteer.
