FROM PRINCIPAL DAYLE D’ANNA:

Willow Glen Elementary School sits in the center of the lovely Willow Glen township within San Jose.  It is a unique and elegant location, with a beautiful new two-story, 14 classroom structure and nine refurbished classrooms, library and cafeteria.  I am proud to work with a highly trained staff of teachers and support personnel whose goal is to provide a challenging academic program.  We work within this diverse community developing disciplined readers, writers and mathematicians.  The parent community embraces our diverse student population and helps to create a welcoming and supportive environment where each person is valued.  The parent volunteers provide our students with hands-on science and art experiences.  They provide field trips that further enrich students’ understanding and that make connections to their community and their studies.  Everyone thrives in this energetic and fun environment.
