Digital Media

Periods 3, 4, 5, and 6

Course Description

Students in the WGMS Digital Media class will work with the Apple iLife Suite to create music, organize and edit photographs, make movies, produce a podcast, and design a web page. Using GarageBand students will learn to create their own digital music which can be used as background in movies, presentations, podcasts, animations, etc.  The students will use digital cameras to take pictures that can be organized and edited using iPhoto and incorporated into a movie using iMovie and GarageBand. 

Required Supplies
Students are required to do all hand written work in black or blue pen or in pencil.  No other colors will be accepted for credit.  Each student must have a binder with blank lined paper and a separate section in their binder for this course.
