There are typically 3-4 Campus Beautification Days per year. Students, parents, family and neighbors are welcome at these events with one goal in mind — making WGHS a lovelier place. There will be planting, weeding and general clean up. THE NEXT CAMPUS BEAUTIFICATION DAY IS ON SATURDAY - April 19th, 2008 - COME ON OUT!!! .The day begins at 8:00 with check in and assignments. Work starts at 8:15 am. Lunch is served at noon with a short clean-up after that, and then you're excused! Please bring your own gardening gloves, shovels, and general gardening tools — it would be a major help. If you happen to have any seedlings, sprouts or any plants you'd like to donate that would be appreciated too! And here's the great part...students receive community service hours for the time they volunteer! You can't lose.
