This is your chance to be included in PTA’s Castillero Contacts Directory.  The Contacts Directory is an invaluable, easy-to-use resource for new and returning students and their families. Kids can use it to contact classmates regarding homework assignments, parents can find all sorts of contact information for people and programs, including: 

• Students and their Parents
• Administration, Teachers & Staff
• PTA Board Members
• Education Foundation
• Music & Dance Booster Club
• School Site Council Members
• Spanish Speaking Contacts at Castillero

The Castillero School Directory is FREE to participating families and is provided as part of the PTA’s efforts to facilitate communication with all members of the school community.  It is solely for the use of the students, parents and teaching staff at Castillero Middle School. It is NOT for commercial use or solicitation under any circumstances.

If you wish to be included in the directory, please fill out the information below and return this form to the school before September 21, 2007.

To offset the cost of printing, we are offering Castillero families and local merchants the opportunity to place ads in the directory. Ads are black and white only. Send ad specifications and check made payable to Castillero PTA by September 28, 2007. Please do NOT send cash. Ads may be placed in the PTA box in the Attendance Office or mailed to Castillero PTA at 6384 Leyland Park Dr., San Jose 95120. Cover Art Contest
2007-2008 Castillero Directory

Grand prize: Artwork will be on the cover of the 2007-2008 school directory.
           
Art Contest Rules:

• Castillero student alone must create the design and artwork.
• Artwork may be done on the computer or by hand.
• Design can be about anything but school related themes are more likely to win.
• Art and design must be clean and clearly drawn. (will be photo copied)
• School name, address and phone number should be integrated into the cover design.
• Must be submitted on 8 ½ x 11 white paper (black and white only)
• Student name, address, phone # and grade information clearly written on back of entry
• One entry per student please
• Judging will be by Castillero teachers and staff.
• Must be turned in to Attendance Office by Friday, September 28, 2007
