San José Unified students use their artistic talent to help prevent suicide

The San José Unified Department of Student Services and the Crisis Support Team recently held the First Annual San José Unified School District Suicide Awareness Poster Contest. Several high school students participated using their artistic talent to help increase awareness of this very important and sensitive topic. District staff members participated in the contest and voted for these posters as the winners. In addition to the posters, resources were also available for individuals who wanted to learn more about suicide prevention.
