Welcome to Willow Glen High School Registrar's Page.

We hope to provide you with all the information you need and to assist you or your child through his or her educational career. 

Our job is to assist you with preparing your student to obtain a great education and help prepare you for life after high school, weather it be obtaining a college degree or joining the workforce.

Enrollment Information

Students wishing to enroll at Willow Glen High School must visit the Enrollment Center in order to register. Once your student has been enrolled, please ensure you bring the withdrawal paperwork from your previous school to the Registrar's Office located in room R107.

You will need to bring the following:

  • Withdrawal Form from prior school
  • Transcript (can be unofficial)
  • Grades at the time of your withdrawal
  • Immunization records
  • Any Special Education information if applicable

Once received, our Assistant Principal of Instruction will schedule the student in the appropriate courses.

 

Education Verification Requests

Employers, educational institutions and the like may verify a current or former student's education online by submitting a request. Turnaround time is between 1-3 business days. Please fax or email your request (no phone calls please.)

 

Transcript Requests

All requests for transcripts, official and unofficial, must be submitted online. Once received, your transcript will be ready for pick up or mailed within 1-3 business days. There is no fee for transcripts. 

 

Transfer & Withdrawal Information

In order to withdraw your student from WGHS, the legal guardian must disenroll the student in person with the Registrar in room R107. Please allow 15-20 minutes for the process. An appointment will help expedite the process. To request an appointment, please contact the Registrar by email or phone. All school debts (Library, Textbooks, Athletics, etc.) must be cleared prior to or at time of check out.
