Apply to join the CBOC
San José Unified is now accepting applications for volunteers to serve on the Measure H CBOC for the two-year term beginning July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2021. Qualified applicants must live or work in San José Unified, have a child currently enrolled in the district, or represent a local taxpayer organization, business association, or neighborhood group. San José Unified employees and contractors are not eligible to apply.
The committee will typically meet four (4) times per year to review the district’s use of funds from Measure H and ensure that the intent of the voters who approved the measures is being met.
Applications are accepted and considered on a rolling basis in order to maintain an adequate number of committee members.
